Introduction

Welcome to fuwa. These terms govern your use of the fuwa.tools website and fuwa apps for Canva. fuwa is operated by Loop Digital Labs ("fuwa", "we", or "us").

By using fuwa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use fuwa.

1. About fuwa

fuwa is a collection of small creative tools available on the web and through Canva. The tools are currently free to use. We may change, limit, or discontinue a tool at any time.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required to consent to personal-data processing where you live. If you are not old enough to enter into a contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Acceptable use

You may use fuwa for its intended creative purposes, subject to these terms and any rights that apply to the content you use.

You agree not to:

• use fuwa for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• upload or use content that you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with, probe, or bypass the security or operation of fuwa, Canva, or related services;
• distribute malware, spam, or other harmful material; or
• use a fuwa Canva app in a way that violates the Canva Acceptable Use Policy or other terms that apply to your Canva account.

4. Your content

fuwa does not claim ownership of content you provide. You give us only the limited permission needed to process your content and provide the feature you request. Our handling of content and personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the content you provide and for reviewing anything you create before using or publishing it.

5. Canva

Canva is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of Canva remains subject to the Canva Terms of Use and other applicable Canva policies.

fuwa is an independent developer. Canva does not own, sponsor, or endorse fuwa.

6. Disclaimers

fuwa is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that content created with it will be suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, fuwa and Loop Digital Labs are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of fuwa. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

7. Ending use

You may stop using fuwa at any time. We may suspend or prevent access if you violate these terms or misuse a tool.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and change the date above. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using fuwa.
