Introduction

This policy explains how fuwa.tools, operated by Loop Digital Labs ("fuwa", "we", or "us"), handles information when you use our website and our apps for Canva.

Canva also processes information when you use its platform. Canva's handling of that information is covered by the Canva Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1. Website and support

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message.

The services used to host and deliver the fuwa website may process basic technical information needed to serve the site, such as IP addresses and requested pages. We may use simple, privacy-friendly website analytics to understand general usage. We do not use advertising trackers.

1.2. Canva app content

The current fuwa Canva app lets you enter chat text and settings, add or update a mockup in a Canva design, and optionally use an uploaded image or an image selected from your design as a contact photo.

This information is processed in your browser. When you add or update a mockup, its text and settings are saved as part of the app element in your Canva design. If you use a contact photo, the app creates a small processed copy and saves it with that app element. The app does not send this content to a fuwa server and does not include fuwa analytics.

2. How we use information

We use information only to:

• provide and operate the requested tools;
• respond to support requests;
• understand and improve the fuwa website; and
• protect fuwa, our users, and our services from errors, abuse, or security threats.

We do not sell information received through Canva or use Canva content for advertising or marketing.

3. Services that process information

Canva processes information needed to run Canva and store your designs. Website hosting, analytics, and support providers may process limited information on our behalf when you visit fuwa.tools or contact us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect fuwa, our users, or others.

4. Data retention and security

The current fuwa Canva app does not keep a separate server copy of your app content. Content added by the app is stored within your Canva design, and Canva's policies govern how that design is stored or deleted.

Information sent through support or processed by website service providers may be kept as needed to provide those services, respond to requests, or meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and rights

You may stop using a fuwa Canva app or uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling a Canva app revokes its Canva permissions.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Other rights may apply depending on where you live. To make a request, use the support link on fuwa.tools. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

6. Children's privacy

fuwa is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required to consent to personal-data processing where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when fuwa or our data practices change. We will post the updated version here and change the date above.
